Who We Are

Easy Visa Booking was founded by Megh to solve a narrow but genuinely painful problem: US visa interview wait times at many consulates now run past 300 days, while earlier dates from cancellations appear and disappear without warning. Most applicants simply cannot keep track of that alongside a job, studies or family.

We are an independent appointment scheduling assistance service. We help applicants book a US visa interview appointment, or reschedule an existing one to an earlier date, using the standard rescheduling feature available to every applicant on the official AIS and CGI scheduling portals. We do one thing and we try to do it properly.

We would rather be clear about our limits than oversell what any scheduling service can realistically achieve.

What we do

Help you book a US visa interview appointment through the official scheduling portal.
Help you reschedule an existing appointment to an earlier available date.
Check your eligibility first, including DS-160 status, MRV fee payment and whether a placeholder appointment exists.
Take responsibility for tracking availability for your consulate and date range.
Keep you updated, and tell you honestly if your requested date range looks unrealistic.
Confirm our service fee with you in writing before any work begins.

What we do not do

We do not create appointment availability. We can only work with dates the consulate actually releases.
We do not guarantee a specific interview date or timeline, and nobody honestly can.
We do not influence, expedite or have any involvement in visa decisions.
We do not provide legal or immigration advice. For that, consult a licensed professional.
We do not collect your MRV visa fee. You pay that directly to the US Department of State.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body.

Our Pricing Model

How We Charge

We charge a single service fee per appointment we successfully secure. There is no subscription, no monthly retainer and no upfront service fee.

Our fee starts from USD $100 and varies by consulate location. We confirm the exact amount with you in writing before we begin any work, so there are no surprises later.

Our fee is separate from the MRV visa fee. The MRV fee is paid by you directly to the US Department of State through the official portal. We never collect it, hold it, or process it on your behalf.

If we do not secure an appointment for you, no service fee is payable. Full details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

No Upfront Service Fee

You are charged only once we have successfully secured an appointment for you, and only at the amount we agreed in writing beforehand.
