We do not ask for, receive, or store your login credentials for the official visa scheduling portal. Any action requiring a portal sign-in is performed by you, on your own device, using your own credentials. See section 6 of our Terms of Service.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor and your full card number is never transmitted to or stored on our systems.
You should never send your portal password to us or to anyone else. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, it is not genuine, and we would be grateful if you reported it to contact@easyvisabooking.com.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Our service is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 16. Where an appointment is being arranged for a minor, we deal only with their parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing that information.
