How Our US Visa Appointment Booking Service Works

You send us your DS-160 reference number, your preferred consulate, and the date range that works for your travel plans. Let us know if you prefer a morning or afternoon interview and we will factor that in. Everything you share is handled confidentially and used only to arrange your appointment. We will confirm exactly what is required, and our service fee, in writing before any work begins. We will never ask you for your scheduling portal password.

A coordinator reviews your profile against the requirements of the relevant scheduling portal, AIS or CGI, depending on your visa category and consulate location. We check that your DS-160 is complete, that your MRV fee is paid and that a placeholder appointment exists, since without one the portal will not allow rescheduling to an earlier date. We flag anything missing before we begin.

Our team takes over the day-to-day work of tracking availability for your consulate and date range, so you are not checking the portal yourself or setting alarms. Earlier dates typically come from cancellations by other applicants, which are unpredictable and outside anyone's control. We keep you updated on progress and tell you honestly if your requested range looks unrealistic.

When an appointment within your requested range becomes available, we secure it through the official scheduling portal and confirm it with you by email and WhatsApp, along with the official confirmation for your records. Our service fee becomes payable at this point and not before. You can then focus on preparing for your interview.
