These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Visa Booking website and the appointment scheduling assistance services we provide. By contacting us, engaging our service, or making any payment to us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Easy Visa Booking ("we", "us", "our") is a private, independent company providing appointment scheduling assistance to applicants for United States non-immigrant visas. Our registered details are set out at the top of this page and on our About page.
We are entirely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Government, the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. Embassy or Consulate, CGI Federal, or the operator of the AIS scheduling portal. No statement on this website should be read as suggesting any official status, partnership or endorsement.
Official information about US visas is available free of charge at travel.state.gov. You are always free to book your own appointment directly through the official portal without using our service or paying us anything.
We provide administrative assistance with the scheduling of US visa interview appointments. This may include:
All appointments are made exclusively through the official US visa scheduling portal. We do not use any unofficial, privileged or back-channel route, and we have no ability to obtain appointments that are not publicly available to other applicants.
To avoid any misunderstanding, our service expressly does not include the following, and you agree that you are not engaging us for any of them:
Before we can assist you, the following must normally already be in place:
We will confirm the specific requirements for your case before any work begins. If you do not meet them, we will tell you rather than take your money.
You agree that:
We do not ask for, receive, or store your login credentials for the official visa scheduling portal. Your portal account remains entirely under your own control at all times.
Any action that requires signing in to the official scheduling portal is carried out by you, on your own device, using your own credentials. We never hold them, and we have no independent means of accessing your portal account.
Because of this:
How we handle the information you do share with us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds are dealt with in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We do not guarantee any specific appointment date, timeline, or outcome. Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the relevant consulate and by cancellations made by other applicants. It is inherently unpredictable and outside our control.
Any timeframes, wait-time figures or examples given on this website or in correspondence are indicative only, are based on past observations, and are not a promise of future results. Any service claiming to guarantee you an earlier US visa appointment date should be treated with caution.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may not use our service in connection with any unlawful purpose, any attempt to obtain a visa by deception, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service, without fee, where we believe in good faith that a request is unlawful, fraudulent, or contrary to these Terms.
You may end your engagement with us at any time before an appointment has been secured, at no cost. We may also end an engagement at any time, in which case no service fee will be payable and any amount already paid for work not completed will be returned to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws applicable at Easy Visa Booking's principal place of business.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence, and where the law permits you may bring proceedings in your local courts. We would always encourage you to contact us first, as almost every issue can be resolved directly and quickly.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to contact@easyvisabooking.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Other ways to reach us are on our contact page.
