Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Visa Booking website and the appointment scheduling assistance services we provide. By contacting us, engaging our service, or making any payment to us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Easy Visa Booking ("we", "us", "our") is a private, independent company providing appointment scheduling assistance to applicants for United States non-immigrant visas. Our registered details are set out at the top of this page and on our About page.

2. What Our Service Is

We provide administrative assistance with the scheduling of US visa interview appointments. This may include:

• Reviewing your case to confirm you meet the prerequisites for booking or rescheduling.
• Assisting you in booking a US visa interview appointment through the official scheduling portal.
• Assisting you in rescheduling an existing appointment to an earlier available date, using the standard rescheduling function that the official portal makes available to every applicant.
• Taking responsibility for tracking appointment availability for your chosen consulate and date range.
• Notifying you when an appointment has been secured and providing the official confirmation.

All appointments are made exclusively through the official US visa scheduling portal. We do not use any unofficial, privileged or back-channel route, and we have no ability to obtain appointments that are not publicly available to other applicants.

3. What Our Service Is Not

To avoid any misunderstanding, our service expressly does not include the following, and you agree that you are not engaging us for any of them:

• We do not provide legal or immigration advice. We are not lawyers, attorneys, or licensed immigration consultants. If you need advice on your immigration matter, you should consult a suitably qualified professional.
• We do not influence visa decisions. Whether your visa is approved, refused or placed into administrative processing is determined solely by the consular officer. We have no involvement in, and no influence over, that decision.
• We do not create appointment availability. We can only work with appointment dates that the consulate actually releases or that become available through cancellations by other applicants.
• We do not complete your DS-160 or make any representations to the U.S. Government on your behalf.
• We do not collect government fees. The Machine Readable Visa (MRV) fee and any other government charges are paid by you directly to the relevant authority through the official portal. We never collect, hold, process or refund those fees.

4. Eligibility and Prerequisites

Before we can assist you, the following must normally already be in place:

• A completed and submitted DS-160 form, with the confirmation barcode number available.
• The MRV fee paid in full, with a valid receipt.
• An existing appointment already booked on the scheduling portal. This is required because the portal only offers the rescheduling function once an appointment exists.
• A valid passport meeting the relevant validity requirements.

We will confirm the specific requirements for your case before any work begins. If you do not meet them, we will tell you rather than take your money.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you give us is accurate, complete and your own, or that you have proper authority to provide it on behalf of the applicant.
• You will inform us promptly of any change to your travel plans, date preferences, or appointment status.
• You will not ask us to make any false statement or misrepresentation to any authority.
• You remain solely responsible for attending your interview, for the accuracy of your visa application, and for compliance with all applicable immigration laws.

6. Your Portal Login and Account Security

Any action that requires signing in to the official scheduling portal is carried out by you, on your own device, using your own credentials. We never hold them, and we have no independent means of accessing your portal account.

Because of this:

• You retain sole control of your scheduling portal account at every stage.
• You should never send your portal password to us, or to any other third party, by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other channel. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for it, that request is not genuine and you should report it to contact@easyvisabooking.com.
• We are not responsible for any loss arising from you sharing your credentials with a third party.

7. Fees and Payment

• Our service fee is charged per appointment successfully secured. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Fees start from USD $100 and vary by consulate location. We will confirm the exact fee with you in writing before any work begins. No fee other than the amount confirmed to you will be charged.
• No service fee is payable upfront. The fee becomes due only once we have secured an appointment matching the criteria agreed with you.
• Our fee is entirely separate from, and in addition to, the MRV fee and any other government charges, which you pay directly to the relevant authority.
• Fees are quoted and charged in US dollars unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction charges, which are outside our control.

Refunds are dealt with in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the total service fee actually paid by you to us in respect of the engagement giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including without limitation lost travel costs, non-refundable flight or accommodation bookings, missed events, lost business opportunities, or lost profits.
• We are not liable for delays, refusals, administrative processing, portal downtime, portal rule changes, consulate closures, or any act or omission of any government body or portal operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service in connection with any unlawful purpose, any attempt to obtain a visa by deception, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service, without fee, where we believe in good faith that a request is unlawful, fraudulent, or contrary to these Terms.

11. Termination

You may end your engagement with us at any time before an appointment has been secured, at no cost. We may also end an engagement at any time, in which case no service fee will be payable and any amount already paid for work not completed will be returned to you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws applicable at Easy Visa Booking's principal place of business.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence, and where the law permits you may bring proceedings in your local courts. We would always encourage you to contact us first, as almost every issue can be resolved directly and quickly.
